Welcome to George Manning Media. By booking a photography session or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once both parties have agreed to the booking details and, where applicable, a booking fee or deposit has been received.

Dates cannot be guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed.

2. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before each booking.

Invoices should be paid within the agreed payment period stated on the invoice.

Late payments may be subject to additional charges where permitted by law.

3. Cancellations

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a booking, as much notice as possible should be provided.

Any booking fees or deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

If George Manning Media is unable to attend due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond reasonable control, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule the booking or provide a suitable alternative. If this is not possible, any monies already paid for the booking will be refunded.

4. Weather

Outdoor photography sessions may be rescheduled if weather conditions make the session unsafe or significantly affect the quality of the photographs.

The decision to reschedule will be made jointly between the client and George Manning Media.

5. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery times vary depending on the type of photography but will be communicated before the booking.

Raw (unedited) image files are not supplied.

6. Editing

All photographs are edited in George Manning Media's professional style.

Requests for extensive additional editing may incur an additional charge.

7. Copyright

Clients receive a licence to use the delivered images for their intended personal or agreed commercial purposes.

Images may not be altered, edited or sold without prior written permission.

8. Portfolio & Marketing

George Manning Media may use photographs for portfolio, website, social media, competitions and promotional purposes unless the client requests in writing before the session that images remain private.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for photography at their chosen location.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring all participants arrive on time and are prepared for the session.

10. Limitation of Liability

Every reasonable care is taken to provide a professional service and safely store client images.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss of images, severe illness or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected booking.

George Manning Media shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Website

All photographs, logos, text and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of George Manning Media unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during enquiries and bookings will only be used for providing photography services and communicating with clients.

Information will never be sold to third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
